We provide a psychodynamic consultation service that leads to a treatment recommendation. Treatments available include individual and group psychotherapy on a brief or longer term basis. We also make onward referrals to other services when appropriate.

How to access this service
To access this service you will need to be referred GP or other health professional, including C&I mental health services.
Who is this service for?
We help people with a wide range of emotional and psychological problems. These include depression, relationship and interpersonal difficulties, anxiety, loss, career difficulties, low self-esteem and emotional life problems expressed through unexplained physical symptoms.
What to expect
We will assess you within four to eight weeks and then, if you are suitable for treatment, you will be placed on a waiting list for four to six months. Treatment (once a week) usually lasts for 12 months for individual work and up to three years for group therapy.
